Shipping and returns/exchanges

 

Shipping
the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs. Once order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. Average shipping takes 5-7 business days. Yú-Nēk Threads does not ship on weekends or holidays. Yú-Nēk Threads is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the shipping courier. All orders are shipped from Brooklyn, New York, United States.


Returns
Yú-Nēk Threads has a 10-day return/exchange policy. After 10 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still intact. A return label will be included in the original packaging. Please send your purchased item/s to 120 Kenilworth Pl Apt# 6G Brooklyn, NY 11210, United States. Original invoice/packing slip must be sent back with item/s.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code within 5-7 business days.

If we determine that any item/s are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the item/s will be returned to you. if you have any questions, please email customerservice@yunekthreads.com


Exchanges
Yú-Nēk Threads will only replace items that are defective, damaged, or don’t fit. if you need to exchange a purchase for the same item, please email customerservice@yunekthreads.com and send your item to 120 Kenilworth Pl Apt# 6G Brooklyn, NY 11210, United States.


Original invoice/packing slip must sent back with item/s. a return label will be included in the original packaging. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Late or missing refunds
if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@yunekthreads.com


Sale items
all discounted items are final and unfortunately will not be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded. However, we can still exchange discounted items that are defective, damaged, or don’t fit. Exchanges can only be made for the same style of the item in a different color or size. To exchange, please contact us at customerservice@yunekthreads.com


International orders
Yú-Nēk Threads ships internationally. Please email customerservice@yunekthreads.com if you’re unsure about your country. All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we aren’t unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.


International returns and exchanges
Yú-Nēk Threads does not exchange internationally. Please email customerservice@yunekthreads.com to request refund. You must specify reason for return in the email. Yú-Nēk Threads has a 10-day return/exchange policy. After 10 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
